Let me explain why 3 steps and not 5 or 2 or 10. Even I tend to forget what the 5th or later step was in a longer list. 3 is just right number – not less that people don’t bother and not too many so they can’t remember. It’s also effective and memorable.
Step 1: Work out your morning ritual. My mum used to tell me, tell me about your friends and I will tell you about who you are. However, I think by asking people what’s their morning ritual you can tell lot about them. Did you know that Dr. Travis Bradberry who is the award-winning co-author of the #1 bestselling book, Emotional Intelligence 2.0, writes in his post that, according to Kevin Kruse who interviewed 200 highly successful people, they all had one common thing and that was that they all practice a consistent morning routine.

Some people that say but I don’t know what to do? Well, my suggestion is that follow 3 steps;
1) Give yourself a big smile when you wake up
2) Exercise your Mind with meditation or a book or being in a quiet place where you can’t be disturbed.
3) Exercise your body with light stretches or what you can manage.
Step 2: Work out one most important task that is related to work if you’re working, to business if you have business or to study if you’re a student. However make sure that the task is completed.
Step 3: Work out one most important task that is related to relationship, I mean with family, children, spouse or friends. Other people related task making sure that too is completed.
I truly believe that everyone has the power and ability to take micro steps for greatness. So let’s take 3 micro steps so that we can have perfect day every day. Do these steps for minimum 21 days continuously and you will have perfect day every day. You see transformation only happens after an intense experience of making change in your life.
