Human Aspects to be remembered by Leaders during crises

In this short video, we see the following two human aspects to be remembered by leadership while going through a crisis, or transformation. Normal methods of looking at financials, KPIs, trends and even using Board advise will work well only when the team has:

  1. Acceptance of the change (remember the boiling frog?)
  2. A change story that has the following two components:
    1. Urgency (most leaders just have this one)
    2. Meaning – the Why behind the Change
