Develop the skills to set goals, manage performance and understand business finance.
Week 4: Problem-Solving, Decision-Making and Conflict Resolution
Strengthen your ability to solve problems, make decisions and handle workplace challenges professionally.
Week 5: Operational Planning, Resources and Financial Awareness
Understand how planning, resources and financial awareness contribute to business success.
Week 6: Workplace Readiness, Progression and Final Project
Apply your learning through a practical leadership project and create a clear progression plan for the future.
Certification
Learners will receive a certification upon successful completion of the course, including meeting attendance requirements, completing project work and mini tasks, and submitting all required documentation.
Note:- Figures are indicative and will vary by business size, project type and implementation quality, but the course is designed to create practical improvements in planning, productivity, communication and delivery within six weeks.

Modules
Prerequisite
Age
Be aged 19 or over on August 31, 2025, for bootcamps starting between April 1, 2026, and July 31, 2026, or on August 31, 2026, for bootcamps starting between August 1, 2027 and March 31, 2027.
Residency
You must possess the right to work in the UK. While the program primarily targets residents of West Sussex, applicants from outside West Sussex within England may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Employment status
The bootcamp is open to individuals who are currently employed, self-employed, unemployed, or returning to the workforce after a break. This does not affect any Universal Credit. Although our April cohort is mainly focused on co-funded places.
Prior experience
Have an interest in Leadership and working in team-based environments. The access to a personal laptop with working webcam and mic (preferably less than 3 years old). Chromebooks, iPads or Tablets are unsuitable. There is an online assessment in the steps to apply followed by a short interview.
